First Gen Mentorship Program

The First Gen Mentorship Program was created to support UCSF First Gen students and connect them to faculty, staff, and alumni. Mentors can bring in a fresh perspective, normalize our struggles, help us navigate through our academic and professional endeavors, ask you the hard questions, and serve as a source of inspiration and support.

First Gen Community Reception: February 7, 2018 at 5 to 6:30 p.m.
In the Spring, our annual community reception is where you'll find fellow First Gen students along with faculty, residents, postdocs, fellows and alumni who share your background as First Gen! It's a great place to bring your mentor and socialize! Be on the look out for an RSVP during the Spring quarter.
